Domestic Mail Order Shipping Policy
Mail orders are shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Allow two weeks for US (non-international) delivery, and at least ten days for International First Class delivery.
IN-HOUSE RUSH/PRIORITY SHIPPING: Shipped same day if mail order is placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday.
When mail ordering, be sure to supply ALL REQUESTED information including ship-to address, work, home and cell phone numbers, email addresses and credit card information including expiration date.
Postage is calculated by weight according to United States Postal Service (USPS) rates.

CALL OR EMAIL FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION – Hatfield Music is NOT responsible for items returned without authorization.
Hatfield Music will replace or refund any items that were incorrectly delivered due to Hatfield Music error, including shipping charges. If returned merchandise is damaged because of insufficient protection by the customer, Hatfield Music will not issue credit for the return.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Sometimes it is quicker and/or cheaper to return defective items directly to the manufacturer under the manufacturer’s warranty, please CALL or EMAIL before returning items!
If the CUSTOMER has made an error which results in an incorrect shipment, a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from the credit and the customer pays shipping both ways.
International Mail Order Shipping Policy
Additional international shipping fees are calculated after the merchandise order is received. The international shipping fees PLUS the USA domestic rate. Total will be charged to your credit card. Hatfield Music will ship the lowest air mail rate available, usually First Class International. Any orders over four pounds are required by the USPS to be shipped Priority Mail, which can be as much as three times the First Class International rate.
International orders take more time to process. They must be packaged more securely and additional paperwork regarding labels and custom forms are required. Shipping fees must be calculated on the United States Postal Service (USPS) website on a per-order basis by weight and destination.
International packages have a higher risk of damage and/or loss during shipment. If lost during shipment international packages are rarely located and returned, therefore, overall losses are much higher.
International customers may request a quote for total shipping fees (US plus International) prior to ordering by sending an email with merchandise selections to firstname.lastname@example.org
